Terms & Refund Policy for Yoga Renew 2024

At the Yoga Renew workshop, we prioritize your well-being and personal journey. It is essential that you take responsibility for your health and safety. If you have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your ability to participate in Yoga Renew, we strongly encourage you to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before enrolling and advise us fully.

Please note that if you are pregnant or have a condition that significantly restricts your range of motion or movement, this particular workshop may not be suitable for you. However, we want to ensure that you still have the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga in a safe and tailored manner. We invite you to consider booking private sessions, where our practices can be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs, allowing you to enjoy a similar intention with a focus on your well-being and comfort.

Refunds :

Early Bird Special Deadline: The Early Bird Special for Yoga Renew 2024 closes at midnight on November 30th, 2023.

1. Full Refund Period: If you book your spot for Yoga Renew 2024, you have the opportunity to receive a full refund within one week of your booking, up until January 1st, 2024.

2. Non-Refundable Period: After the initial one-week period or after January 1st, 2024, all payments for Yoga Renew 2024 become non-refundable

3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund within the eligible time frame, please send an email to yogawithkristen@proton.me. In your email, include your full name and booking details.

Please note that refunds will be processed according to these terms, and any transaction fees associated with the refund will be the responsibility of the applicant. We recommend that you carefully consider your participation and make bookings accordingly.
