Welcome to Sacred Reset: Breath, Balance, Being, a transformative two-day yoga retreat set in the peaceful Byron Hinterland. Taking place on Saturday, February 15th, and Sunday, February 16th, 2025, this intimate non-retreat offers a unique opportunity to realign with your purpose and embrace a fresh start. With only six to eight participants, you will receive personal attention and a deeply immersive experience. Nestled on a lush private property, the retreat features thoughtfully curated yoga sessions, nourishing vegetarian meals, and transformative practices designed to reset your rhythm and restore balance.

Below is the retreat itinerary, designed to guide you through a journey of renewal, connection, and self-discovery. Please note that while the schedule is intended as a guide, we may adjust activities to suit the needs of the group and the environment.

Day 1: Grounding and Opening

7:30 AM – Welcome

  • Arrival.

  • Call in the space, have a go at blowing the conch & helmet shells. Prayer and declaration or setting intention.

8:00 AM – Breathwork, Vinyasa movement and Energy work Integration with Kristen

  • Begin with pranayama clearing the way for building energy, sharing insights into our practice.

  • Transition into asana and vinyasa movement infused with Qi Gong for clearing and vitality.

10:00 AM – Fresh Juices, relax and connect or sit in stillness

  • Fresh pressed Juices

10:30 AM – Introduction to Kahuna Flying (Ka’la’le’au) with Jason

  • Jason is going to give an outline on principles of this flowing, meditative movement practice, inspired by Hawaiian traditions and the benefits involved and why

  • Focus on grounding, rhythm, and reconnecting with inner harmony.

12:00 PM – Nourishing Vegetarian Lunch made with love by our Holistic Caterer

  • A buffet featuring vibrant salads, hearty plant-based mains. Enjoy a guided discussion about mindful eating and setting intentional energy for the year. Receive a recipe each day, featuring one of the dishes to take home and make yourself.

1:30 PM – Workshop: Yoga for Reset discussion on practice

  • An interactive open discussion on how the yoga sequence we are working with benefits and why. How it can help recalibrate the body, mind, and spirit.

2.30 PM - Break for being in nature.

3:00 PM – Dynamic Afternoon Asana Practice

  • Build on the morning's foundation with a dynamic flow emphasising strength, flexibility, and balance.

4:30 PM – Closing Circle

  • Reflect on the day’s journey in a safe, shared space.

5:00 PM – End of Day 1

Day 2: Reset and Integration

8:00 AM – Arrival

8.15 AM - Aum circle

8:30 AM – Pranayama and Vinyasa Flow with Qi Gong

  • Explore deepening breathwork

  • Build on the vinyasa sequence incorporating Qi Gong movement.

10:30 AM – Fresh Juices, relax and connect or sit in stillness

  • Fresh pressed Juices, a few combinations to try.

11.00 AM – Kahuna Flying Practice

  • Dive into Ka’la’li'au with expanded sequences and focus on embodying the flow.

12:30 PM – Delicious Vegetarian Lunch

  • A menu emphasising foods that cleanse and restore energy, including Summer focused options.

1:30 PM – Kahuna Bodywork Demonstrating and talking about self massage

  • Learn about the benefits of Kahuna bodywork for emotional and physical release.

3:00 PM – Empowering Yoga Practice, putting it all together.

  • Integrating the sequence designed to leave everyone feeling strong, centred, and ready for the year ahead.

4:30 PM – Final Sharing Circle and Closing Ceremony

  • Celebrate personal breakthroughs and share reflections.

  • End with a grounding meditation and gratitude sharing.

5:30 PM – Retreat Conclusion
