Start with a 75-minute session in which we design a sequence to meet your unique needs, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. Opt for a single session or create lasting change with a series of 60-minute private sessions.
Prefer a shared experience? Join a small, supportive group of 2-3 participants for weekly yoga sessions that inspire connection and growth. Wherever you are starting or already on your yoga journey, there’s experienced and heart-centred help here for you to move with intention, breathe with ease, and grow with confidence.

Summer Retreat: Sacred Reset 2025
— 2 SPACES LEFT! — Join us on Saturday, February 15th, and Sunday, February 16th, 2025, for a 2-day retreat in the beautiful Byron Shire hinterland. Enjoy daily yoga sessions, stillness meditation, and the flowing movements of Kahuna flying to improve flexibility and find inner peace.
This retreat is non-residential and includes morning juices and vegetarian lunches. You can also book a Kahuna massage for an added extra relaxation experience.
